Pr\u00e9sente toi rapidement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Salamone Anthony, 27 ans, 1,76 m pour 83 kilos. Je vis \u00e0 Antony dans les hauts de seine (92). Je travaille dans la fonction publique, au service logistique, f\u00eates et c\u00e9r\u00e9monie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2. Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes meilleurs r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 ce jour ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ma premi\u00e8re comp\u00e9tition en tant que Men&rsquo;s physique IFBB l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Je suis arriv\u00e9 2\u00e8me de ma cat\u00e9gorie, pour une premi\u00e8re, c&rsquo;est un bon d\u00e9but !<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote> J\u2019aimerais avoir ma carte Pro <\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">A l&rsquo;heure actuelle, je suis en train de pr\u00e9parer une nouvelle comp\u00e9tition : une qualification Europe \u00e0 l\u2019Arnold Classic.<br>Ou alors j&rsquo;h\u00e9site \u00e0 me pr\u00e9senter directement \u00e0 Olympia Amateur , je vais en discuter avec mon pr\u00e9parateur. J\u2019aimerais avoir ma carte Pro par la suite. <\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#3. Pour quelle raison et depuis quand pratiques-tu la musculation ? \u00c9tais-tu sportif avant ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pratique la musculation depuis maintenant plus de 10 ans. J\u2019ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand sportif,&nbsp; j&rsquo;adore \u00e9galement le football et j&rsquo;en pratique depuis des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 un bon niveau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non j\u2019\u00e9tais un squelette&#8230; Je me suis mis \u00e0 la musculation pour mon sport qui \u00e9tait le football. J\u2019en avais marre de me prendre des coups d\u2019\u00e9paule et de voltiger mdr. Qui t\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 progresser et comment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/guide-objectif\/commencer-la-musculation\/\">J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 la musculation<\/a><\/strong> tout seul, inspir\u00e9 par&nbsp; les athl\u00e8tes dans les magazines fitness. Le d\u00e9clic, c\u2019est les autres qui me l&rsquo;ont donn\u00e9. En effet, mon entourage ne cessait de me demander pourquoi je ne faisais pas de comp\u00e9tition. Sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e9galement, j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u plein de messages de motivation. J&rsquo;ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tenter ma chance, car qui ne tente rien n&rsquo;a rien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#6. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que tu aimes le plus dans la comp\u00e9tition?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j\u2019aime le plus dans la comp\u00e9tition c\u2019est de voir mon corps changer semaine apr\u00e8s semaine. Aimer ce sport me pousse \u00e0 continuer et j&rsquo;aimerais pouvoir lui ressembler un jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#8. Et pour demain, quels sont tes projets ou objectifs?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon premier objectif est de me qualifier pour l\u2019Arnold Classic, dans le but d&rsquo;obtenir ma carte Pro et de pouvoir passer \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur. Sur le long terme, j&rsquo;aimerai pouvoir participer \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions professionnelles \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#9. Tu es suivi par un coach ou tu coaches toi-m\u00eame des gens?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui pour bien \u00e9voluer dans ce milieu-l\u00e0, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/coach-fitadium-patrick\/\">\u00eatre suivi de pr\u00e8s par un pr\u00e9parateur physique<\/a><\/strong>. C\u2019est lui qui planifie ma di\u00e8te et mes entra\u00eenements. Je pense que c\u2019est bien d\u2019avoir un regard ext\u00e9rieur, autre que le mien sur la pr\u00e9pa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de \u00e7a, je suis moi-m\u00eame coach, j\u2019accompagne des personnes qui veulent \u00e9voluer mais qui ne font pas forc\u00e9ment de comp\u00e9tition !&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutrition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#10.
