Mixez les biscuits sp\u00e9culoos pour obtenir une poudre. Dans un bol, \u00e9craser une banane et m\u00e9langer avec la poudre de sp\u00e9culoos, afin d&rsquo;obtenir une sorte de p\u00e2te que vous allez r\u00e9server.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite m\u00e9langer dans un autre r\u00e9cipient la farine de bl\u00e9 complet et la farine de riz avec la <strong><a href=\"\/4-proteines\">poudre de prot\u00e9ine<\/a><\/strong>, avant d\u2019y incorporer les 2 \u0153ufs entiers et l\u2019huile de coco.
