Nous savons tous que pour progresser, il faut \u00eatre capable de se d\u00e9passer en repoussant les limites toujours plus loin. Mais est-ce toujours possible&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tout d\u2019abord, il faut admettre que nous ne sommes pas des machines et que pour maintenir une courbe de progression, il faut que de nombreux param\u00e8tres soient r\u00e9unis. M\u00eame les scientifiques ont bien du mal \u00e0 quantifier le niveau de stress, d&rsquo;humeur et la variabilit\u00e9 psychique de l&rsquo;athl\u00e8te. Parfois, de mani\u00e8re inexpliqu\u00e9e, nous ne sommes plus aussi performants, nous perdons de la motivation.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bref, nous allons \u00e0 la salle avec des semelles de plomb\u2026 ! Alors, pas de panique, on se pose et on fait le point sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui influencent nos capacit\u00e9s physiques. C&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire pour vite retrouver la p\u00eache \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrainement!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Le repos <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re cause de perte d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de manque de motivation. La plupart des pratiquants pensent que plus la <strong>fr\u00e9quence des entra\u00eenements<\/strong> est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, meilleure en sera leur progression. Cette erreur est r\u00e9currente chez les d\u00e9butants \u00e0 qui il tarde de <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/musculation-resultats-quand-combien\/\">voir leur corps se transformer<\/a><\/strong>. 3 \u00e0 4 s\u00e9ances de 60 \u00e0 75 minutes par semaine est la moyenne \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer pour maintenir une bonne progression. Il est m\u00eame conseill\u00e9 de prendre 1 semaine compl\u00e8te de repos toutes les 10 \u00e0 12 semaines. Cela permet aux muscles de se reconstituer \u00e0 100% et de se recharger en \u00e9nergie. Vous serez surpris de la forme que vous retrouverez apr\u00e8s cette semaine de repos total.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">L\u2019alimentation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablement le param\u00e8tre le plus difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, mais tellement essentiel. C\u2019est l\u2019aspect qui m\u00e9rite le plus notre attention et qui \u00e9tonnamment, est le plus souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9. L\u2019entrainement vous occupe 3 \u00e0 4 fois par semaine et cela pendant 1h15 maximum, alors que vos repas doivent \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9s chaque jour entre 3 et 5 fois, collations comprises. Il est donc utile, voire indispensable de refaire le point sur votre alimentation. Nombre de calories, qualit\u00e9 de vos aliments, fr\u00e9quence de vos repas, quantit\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines et de glucides. Repas trop gras, trop riche en sucre, mal \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qu\u2019il faut revoir quand la fatigue devient chronique.
