l\u2019ajouter\nau lait.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Astuce : Si la poudre de prot\u00e9in\u00e9 a un aspect grumeleux, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 passer le m\u00e9lange au mixeur quelques secondes afin d\u2019obtenir une texture lisse et homog\u00e8ne)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Continuer de chauffer le lait tout en y incorporant la farine et la farine d\u2019avoine. <\/li><li>Enfin ajouter l\u2019ar\u00f4me fleur d\u2019oranger et faire cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant quelques minutes en remuant constamment pour que la cr\u00e8me n\u2019accroche pas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 2:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration de\nla cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hacher les amandes et les noix de cajou de fa\u00e7on\n\u00e0 obtenir une fine poudre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verser la poudre obtenue dans un saladier et y\nincorporer le sirop d\u2019agave, la cr\u00e8me de soja, le sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 et\nl\u2019\u0153uf, puis remuer le tout.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enfin, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration obtenue\net la m\u00e9langer avec celle-ci, vous obtenez une cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>R\u00e9server la cr\u00e8me au frigo pendant une bonne\nheure, ce qui rendra le dressage plus facile.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 3:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assemblage&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>D\u00e9rouler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un emporte-pi\u00e8ce, r\u00e9aliser autant de cercles que possible (j\u2019ai pu couper 7 cercles en une fois).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Piquer le fond des disques de p\u00e2te avec une fourchette avant de le garnir de frangipane.
