Elle permet une tension extr\u00eame dans le muscle cm par cm et aussi elle permet de ne pas tricher du tout pendant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Pourquoi utiliser cette technique ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour changer radicalement de style d\u2019entrainement. Cela permet au muscle <strong>une tension diff\u00e9rente<\/strong>, par rapport aux entrainements conventionnels. On y gagne plus de <strong>densit\u00e9 musculaire<\/strong>. La reps dure entre 10 et 12 secondes maxi. La s\u00e9rie durera entre 4 et 5 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions. On utilise un poids moiti\u00e9 moins lourd mais on obtient une tension extr\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Avantages du superslow training <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Les charges sont beaucoup moins lourdes que d\u2019ordinaire. Cette m\u00e9thode peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e en cas de blessure de type tendinite, car comme les charges sont plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res qu\u2019avec les m\u00e9thodes habituelles, on parvient quand m\u00eame \u00e0 faire un travail tr\u00e8s efficace au lieu de renoncer \u00e0 tout entrainement. Il suffit de rep\u00e9rer le mouvement qui a caus\u00e9 la blessure et de l\u2019\u00e9viter. On se concentre sur les autres mouvements disponibles pour ce muscle.
