Il n\u2019est\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>pas question de zapper l\u2019entrainement<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0pour autant.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Il suffit d\u2019<strong>ajouter en intensit\u00e9 ce que vous perdez en temps d\u2019entra\u00eenement<\/strong> pour avoir presque les <strong>m\u00eames b\u00e9n\u00e9fices qu\u2019une s\u00e9ance compl\u00e8te<\/strong>. Le manque de temps fait que notre cr\u00e9neau pour effectuer le sport est de plus en plus limit\u00e9. Pour que votre <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/guide-objectif\/renforcement-musculaire\/\">s\u00e9ance de renforcement<\/a><\/strong> ne se r\u00e9duise pas \u00e0 z\u00e9ro, il existe quelques techniques s\u00fbres de <strong>fast training<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>Ajouter en intensit\u00e9 ce que vous perdez en temps d\u2019entra\u00eenement<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u00e9tudes prouvent que \u00e7a marche<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Des chercheurs de l\u2019Ontario ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019<strong>une seule minute d\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0suffit parfois pour\u00a0<strong>augmenter l\u2019endurance<\/strong>\u00a0et diminuer la pression art\u00e9rielle, <strong>comme le ferait une s\u00e9ance plus longue<\/strong>. Cette \u00e9tude men\u00e9e sur un groupe de 14 participants durant 6 semaines a montr\u00e9 que 3 sessions par semaine de p\u00e9dalage intense de 3 x20 secondes altern\u00e9es avec du p\u00e9dalage plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9 suffisait \u00e0 augmenter l\u2019endurance de 12%. C\u2019est donc qu\u2019<strong>1 mn d\u2019effort intense suffit pour am\u00e9liorer les performances<\/strong>. De plus, la tension art\u00e9rielle des sujets avait diminu\u00e9. Au contraire, l\u2019activit\u00e9 des mitochondries, les centrales d\u2019\u00e9nergie des cellules avait augment\u00e9 ainsi que leur nombre, ce qui est le signe d\u2019une <strong>meilleure forme<\/strong>. Cela tend \u00e0 prouver que ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment<strong>\u00a0la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019exercice<\/strong>\u00a0qui compte mais \u00e9galement sa <strong>puissance et son intensit\u00e9<\/strong> pour la sant\u00e9, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la mont\u00e9e en popularit\u00e9 des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/raisons-pratiquer-hiit\/\"><strong>programmes HIIT<\/strong><\/a>. Tenez-vous bien droit et r\u00e9partissez la charge sur vos deux jambes, en vous r\u00e9ceptionnant.<\/li>\r\n<li>La mont\u00e9e d\u2019escaliers: Si vous n\u2019avez qu\u2019une minute, assurez-vous de trouver un escalier qui est assez grand pour ex\u00e9cuter un sprint du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin. Si l\u2019escalier est trop court, rallongez le temps d\u2019ex\u00e9cution en le montant plusieurs fois. Faites 4 s\u00e9ries de 10 goblet squat (squat avec halt\u00e8re tenue devant la poitrine, sans pencher vers l\u2019avant), 4 sets de pompes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec, tractions, 4 sets \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec. Les 10 mn sont \u00e9coul\u00e9es\u2026 d\u00e9j\u00e0 ?<\/li>\r\n<li>Vous avez 20 min ? \u00c7a commence \u00e0 \u00eatre s\u00e9rieux. Faites comme au MMA<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0frappez un sac de sable pendant 15 secondes aussi fort que vous pouvez, puis faites des d\u00e9placements comme si vous boxiez avec un partenaire invisible pendant 45 \u00e0 60 sec, r\u00e9p\u00e9tez la s\u00e9quence pendant 20 mn.<\/li>\r\n<li>30 minutes devant vous ? Frappez un sac lourd ou boxez dans le vide pendant 3 mn, imaginez que vous d\u00e9testez votre adversaire et mettez toute votre hargne dans ces coups de poing.
