Les fruits de mer sont divis\u00e9s en deux groupes&nbsp;: les mollusques ou coquillages et les crustac\u00e9s.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bienfaits des fruits de mer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Leur int\u00e9r\u00eat dans l\u2019alimentation est diff\u00e9rent selon leur cat\u00e9gorie. Les crustac\u00e9s sont <strong>peu caloriques<\/strong>, <strong>faibles en graisses<\/strong> et cholest\u00e9rol et surtout <strong>riches en prot\u00e9ines.<\/strong> Les <strong>coquillages <\/strong>sont quant \u00e0 eux <strong>plus riches en oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments&nbsp;: s\u00e9l\u00e9nium, cuivre, zinc et surtout iode<\/strong>, dont une bonne partie de la population vivant loin des c\u00f4tes peut manquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fruits de mer contiennent <strong>peu de lipides (graisses) et de glucides (sucres)<\/strong>. Ils sont par cons\u00e9quent peu caloriques. Ils sont une <strong><a href=\"\/4-proteines\">tr\u00e8s bonne source de prot\u00e9ines<\/a><\/strong> dont la quantit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas n\u00e9gligeable (10 % \u00e0 15 % en moyenne) Ils apportent des <strong>acides gras essentiels<\/strong> tels que les Om\u00e9ga-3 qui luttent contre l\u2019exc\u00e8s de cholest\u00e9rol.
