Consomm\u00e9s en petites portions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, ils permettent le maintien d\u2019une bonne \u00e9nergie tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Comme l&rsquo;IG \u00e9volue avec la cuisson, si vous consommez vos p\u00e2tes al dente, c&rsquo;est mieux que de trop les cuire.
