De nombreuses personnes ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remplacer le lait animal et notamment le lait de vache par les&nbsp;<strong>diff\u00e9rents laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<\/strong>&nbsp;:&nbsp;&nbsp;lait de soja, lait d\u2019avoine, lait de riz, lait de noisette, lait de coco, lait d&rsquo;amande, etc. Pour des raisons philosophiques ou de sant\u00e9, ces produits sont devenus les substituts du \u00ab&nbsp;bon vieux lait de vache&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est ce que le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Appel\u00e9 lait de soja, lait d\u2019amande ou lait de coco ces boissons n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 voir, ni de pr\u00e8s ni de loin, avec le lait. Ce sont plut\u00f4t des jus de graines qui n\u2019ont pas les m\u00eames valeurs nutritionnelles et dont la qualit\u00e9 des prot\u00e9ines n\u2019est pas \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle du lait. Avec ou sans sucres, aromatis\u00e9es, all\u00e9g\u00e9es, ces boissons peuvent rapidement ne plus r\u00e9pondre aux crit\u00e8res d\u2019une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal bio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour maigrir, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les&nbsp;<strong>laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sans sucre<\/strong>&nbsp;et nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du point de vue des prot\u00e9ines, c\u2019est le&nbsp;<strong>lait de soja<\/strong>&nbsp;qui se rapproche le plus du lait de vache dont l\u2019avantage est de ne contenir&nbsp;<strong>ni lactose, ni graisse satur\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, le lait de coco contient plus de graisse dont des acides gras satur\u00e9s (mauvaises graisses).
