La mani\u00e8re dont nous traitons\nles animaux et dont nous transformons les viandes sont sources de nombreuses\ninqui\u00e9tudes pour le moins justifi\u00e9es.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bienfaits des viandes et volailles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019un point de vue purement nutritionnel les viandes, quand elles sont <strong>bien choisies<\/strong>, sont tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes pour leur <strong>apport en prot\u00e9ines de haute qualit\u00e9<\/strong> (prot\u00e9ines compl\u00e8tes) dont la <strong>vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des acides amin\u00e9s<\/strong> contribue au maintien voire au <strong>d\u00e9veloppement musculaire des sportifs<\/strong> bien entra\u00een\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>acides amin\u00e9s<\/strong> sont des mol\u00e9cules qui recombin\u00e9es entre elles forment des prot\u00e9ines ou des peptides. Leurs r\u00f4les sont <strong>essentiels au bon fonctionnement du corps<\/strong>. Ils participent \u00e0 de nombreux processus biologiques tels que la fabrication des hormones.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme tous les aliments, la viande doit \u00eatre <strong>consomm\u00e9e sans exc\u00e8s et \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans une alimentation vari\u00e9e et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>viandes rouges sont riches en Fer et en vitamines B12<\/strong>. Pour cette raison, elles sont souvent conseill\u00e9es en cas d\u2019an\u00e9mie. Malheureusement elles <strong>contiennent <\/strong>souvent <strong>beaucoup d\u2019acides gras satur\u00e9s<\/strong> (mauvaises graisses) et donc <strong>davantage de calories<\/strong>. Veillez tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 <strong>cuisiner au maximum sans mati\u00e8re grasses<\/strong>, y compris les viandes d\u00e9j\u00e0 riches en graisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les viandes maigres aux viandes grasses qui contiennent beaucoup de graisses satur\u00e9es responsables de maladies cardiovasculaires.
