On les classe soit en fonction de leur provenance soit en fonction de leur teneur en lipides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bienfaits des poissons&nbsp;:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils apportent aussi des <strong>vitamines, des min\u00e9raux ainsi que les pr\u00e9cieux omega-3 <\/strong>qui font souvent d\u00e9faut \u00e0 notre alimentation. Ce sont des <strong>acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s<\/strong> b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9, notamment pour le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire.&nbsp;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apports\nprincipaux&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prot\u00e9ines compl\u00e8tes <\/li><li>Min\u00e9raux&nbsp;: s\u00e9l\u00e9nium, iode<\/li><li>Vitamines D <\/li><li>Acides gras essentiels&nbsp;: omega-3<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deux grandes familles de poissons&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poissons d\u2019eau douce ou d\u2019eau de mer, ils ont \u00e0 peu de chose pr\u00e8s les m\u00eames qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles. Il faut toujours <strong>privil\u00e9gier les poissons sauvages aux poissons d\u2019\u00e9levage<\/strong>. En effet, la <strong>vari\u00e9t\u00e9 alimentaire des poissons sauvages augmente les valeurs nutritionnelles<\/strong>, plus particuli\u00e8rement concernant les vitamines et les min\u00e9raux. Les poissons marins sont plus riches en Iode. En revanche, contrairement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019on pourrait croire, les poissons d\u2019eau de mer ne sont pas plus riches en sel que les poissons d\u2019eau douce. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse des graisses contenues dans les viandes, celles\ndes poissons sont riches en acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s.
