Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur forte <strong>teneur en fibres<\/strong>, ils permettent un<strong> bon transit<\/strong> et r\u00e9gulent l\u2019absorption des nutriments. On nous fait croire depuis des ann\u00e9es qu\u2019un jus de fruit peut remplacer un fruit. Cette id\u00e9e soutenue par des campagnes publicitaires mensong\u00e8res a fait grimper les ventes de mani\u00e8re \u00e9tonnante ces deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies. <strong>Les fruits priv\u00e9s de leur fibres sont ni plus ni moins que des sucres<\/strong>, sous une forme liquide, <strong>qui font monter la glyc\u00e9mie<\/strong> (taux de sucre dans le sang) de fa\u00e7on nocive. Jus 100%, nectar, smoothie et autres boissons \u00e0 base de fruits sont des machines \u00e0 faire grossir. <strong>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez toujours un fruit<\/strong>, si possible Bio, \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel jus de fruits si vous voulez profiter de ses bienfaits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et les fruits secs ou d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fruits secs (fruits d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s) ont des <strong>vertus \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong> importantes car la <strong>concentration de sucre y est forte<\/strong>. Id\u00e9aux pour <strong>soutenir l\u2019effort<\/strong>, ils ne sont <strong>pas conseill\u00e9s<\/strong> pour les personnes d\u00e9sireuses de <strong>perdre du poids<\/strong>. Hors des activit\u00e9s physiques, ils doivent \u00eatre <strong>consomm\u00e9s avec mod\u00e9ration<\/strong> pour \u00e9viter les pics glyc\u00e9miques.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Des compotes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques gourmandes mais aussi sans sucre ajout\u00e9, vegan, sans gluten, sans lait, sans conservateur et sans additif.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valeurs nutritionnelles des fruits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"654\" height=\"1201\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/jus-fruits.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47674\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi cette liste vous pouvez s\u00e9lectionner les fruits les moins caloriques qui sont \u00e9galement les plus faibles en glucides ( IG bas), inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 35. La past\u00e8que et le melon sont les exceptions qui confirment la r\u00e8gle. Avec un IG de 60 \u00e0 75, leur \u00ab\u00a0concentration\u00a0\u00bb en glucide est faible, ce qui fait que l&rsquo;on peut en consommer occasionnellement (tout comme les navets, courge, f\u00e8ve). Toutes les baies et fruits rouges sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier, car \u00e0 faible IG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pour profiter de leurs bienfaits il faut respecter quelques r\u00e8gles simples. Ne pas s\u2019en servir pour faire des jus\u2026&nbsp;!<\/li><li>Variez-les le plus possible en consommant des fruits de saison Bio.<\/li><li>\u00c9vitez de les consommer le soir car ils contiennent des sucres.<\/li><li> Les compotes, p\u00e2tes et cr\u00e8mes de fruits, bien qu\u2019elles aient un index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas que le jus du fruit \u00e9quivalent, doivent aussi \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es avec mod\u00e9ration.
