Trop de personnes s\u2019en privent sous pr\u00e9texte qu\u2019elles soient tr\u00e8s caloriques. Elles <strong>apportent des acides gras<\/strong> dont le <strong>r\u00f4le est essentiel <\/strong>\u00e0 la <strong>production des hormones<\/strong> et fournissent <strong>certaines vitamines liposolubles (A, D, E) indispensables.<\/strong> Ce sont les <strong>constituants majeurs des membranes cellulaires et du syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;acides gras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On distingue <strong>trois types d\u2019acides gras<\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>satur\u00e9s <\/strong>qu\u2019il faut<strong> limiter<\/strong> car ce sont eux qui sont <strong>responsables des maladies cardiovasculaires<\/strong>. Les viandes grasses, charcuteries grasses, les fromages gras ainsi que le beurre sont riches en acides gras satur\u00e9s (+ ou \u2013 40 %). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>mono insatur\u00e9s et les poly insatur\u00e9s<\/strong>, qui sont pr\u00e9sents dans les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales sont <strong>\u00e0 privil\u00e9gier pour leurs nombreux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices<\/strong> sur la sant\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un apport \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>Om\u00e9ga-3<\/strong> et <strong>Om\u00e9ga-6<\/strong> permet d\u2019optimiser les fonctions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales, cardiovasculaires, immunitaires et ont un r\u00f4le majeur sur la qualit\u00e9 de la peau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>mati\u00e8res grasses de sources animales sont riches en cholest\u00e9rol<\/strong> (95 mg \/ 100 gr). <strong>Limiter leur consommation<\/strong> permet de maintenir le bon \u00e9quilibre entre le \u00ab&nbsp;bon cholest\u00e9rol&nbsp;\u00bb HDL et le \u00ab&nbsp; mauvais&nbsp;\u00bb LDL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les LDL (lipoprot\u00e9ines de basse densit\u00e9) transportent \u00e0 travers la circulation sanguine, le cholest\u00e9rol du foie vers les cellules. Mais s&rsquo;il y en a trop, elles s&rsquo;accumulent, forment des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et finissent par r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir et boucher les art\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mol\u00e9cules HDL (lipoprot\u00e9ines de haute densit\u00e9) limitent au contraire le cholest\u00e9rol qui se d\u00e9pose dans les art\u00e8res. Elles le transportent vers le foie afin de le transformer pour ensuite l&rsquo;\u00e9liminer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le des HDL est de prot\u00e9ger des maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bienfaits des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral <strong>des apports en acides gras essentiels de haute valeur nutritionnelle<\/strong>.
