Nous aborderons ici le<strong> soulev\u00e9 de terre ou deadlift<\/strong>, appel\u00e9 aussi parfois soulev\u00e9 de terre roumain (sdt roumain), qui fait partie des <strong>exercices de base<\/strong> et se pratique avec une <strong>barre charg\u00e9e. <\/strong>Mais le <strong>soulev\u00e9 de terre halt\u00e8res <\/strong>ou <strong>soulev\u00e9 de terre kettlebells<\/strong> est aussi fr\u00e9quemment pratiqu\u00e9.\u00a0 En musculation le soulev\u00e9 de terre est un <strong>exercice majeur pour la force<\/strong> qui sollicite de nombreux groupes musculaires : dos, fessiers, jambes &#8230; A ne pas confondre avec le <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/souleve-terre-jambes-tendues\/\">soulev\u00e9 de terre jambes tendues<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le soulev\u00e9 de terre: pour quels groupes musculaires?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mouvement<strong> soulev\u00e9 de terre ou deadlift<\/strong> n\u00e9cessite une <strong>technique d\u2019ex\u00e9cution parfaite<\/strong> et une grande <strong>rigueur de positionnement<\/strong>. La\u00a0<em>morphologie<\/em> de chacun impacte fortement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du soulever de terre. Les sportifs de grande taille qui ont de longs segments auront davantage de difficult\u00e9s pour effectuer un bon mouvement que les athl\u00e8tes plus petits aux segments courts. Exercice de force par excellence, il sollicite de nombreux groupes musculaires. Principalement d\u00e9di\u00e9 au <strong>renforcement du dos et des fessiers<\/strong>, cet exercice soulev\u00e9 de terre sollicite aussi les <strong>jambes, les trap\u00e8zes<\/strong> et de fa\u00e7on moins importante, les <strong>biceps et les avant-bras<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est pourquoi on l&rsquo;appelle soit soulev\u00e9 de terre dos soit soulev\u00e9 de terre fessier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pratiqu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, cet exercice permet un <strong>gain de force rapide<\/strong>. Ce qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du corps en <strong>favorisant des pics hormonaux<\/strong> importants dont les autres muscles profitent aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Besoin d&rsquo;un coach pour bien t&rsquo;entrainer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Comment ex\u00e9cuter le soulev\u00e9 de terre?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En position initiale, la barre est au sol, les mains saisissent la <strong>barre en pronation<\/strong>, largeur des hanches. Quand la charge augmente, la saisie en pronation d\u2019une main et supination de l\u2019autre \u00e9vite \u00e0 la barre de tourner lors de l\u2019exercice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fl\u00e9chir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les genoux<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 verrouiller les muscles lombaires, le dos est parfaitement plat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, en maintenant le regard devant soi, relever le buste par la force des jambes et du dos synchronis\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un fois en position verticale et <strong>sans creuser le dos<\/strong>, redescendre lentement en position initiale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention de ne pas donner d\u2019\u00e0-coup au d\u00e9marrage. <strong>L\u2019effort doit \u00eatre progressif et constant<\/strong> autant pendant la mont\u00e9e que la descente pour ex\u00e9cuter correctement ce soulev\u00e9 de terre musculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"720\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/souleve-de-terre-1.gif\" alt=\"bien ex\u00e9cuter le soulev\u00e9 de terre\" class=\"wp-image-46859\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2>Conseils du coach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ne jamais augmenter la charge si votre mouvement n\u2019est pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9 sur l\u2019enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Donnez la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la technique plut\u00f4t qu\u2019au poids.<\/li><li>Avant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, prendre soin de&nbsp;<em>verrouiller<\/em>&nbsp;le bas du dos (lombaire).<\/li><li>T\u00e2chez de maintenir la barre au plus pr\u00e8s du corps afin de ne pas cr\u00e9er de contrainte inutile sur le bas du dos. Cet exercice doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 la perfection sans exc\u00e8s de fatigue au risque de blessures s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/li><li>Le&nbsp;<strong>soulev\u00e9 de terre<\/strong>&nbsp;doit s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans un programme d\u2019entra\u00eenement complet.<\/li><li>\u00c9vitez de le placer le m\u00eame jour que les squats et les rowings \u00e0 la barre buste pench\u00e9.
