D\u00e9trompez-vous, les pompes sont <strong>plus techniques qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y parait.<\/strong> Mal faire ses pompes n&rsquo;aura au pire pas de r\u00e9sultats. C&rsquo;est un exercice classique qui devrait \u00eatre dans tous les programmes ou presque! L&rsquo;avantage c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;on peut en faire partout et tout le temps, sans mat\u00e9riel. Pas d&rsquo;excuse, donc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avec quelques variantes, c&rsquo;est un exercice qui devient plus difficile<\/strong> et r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux plus avertis : en variant l&rsquo;\u00e9cartement des mains, sur un ballon, pieds sur\u00e9lev\u00e9s, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les pompes pour quels groupes musculaires?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous voulez <strong>d\u00e9velopper votre buste<\/strong> et avoir de gros bras? Pas besoin de machine! Les <strong>pompes <\/strong>sont des mouvements qui <strong>sollicitent de nombreux muscles<\/strong>. Exercice de base quand on veut s\u2019entra\u00eener avec le poids du corps, il permet de <strong>travailler les pectoraux<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>avant des \u00e9paules<\/strong> et les <strong>triceps <\/strong>en priorit\u00e9. Il est aussi <strong>tr\u00e8s efficace pour le&nbsp;gainage<\/strong>&nbsp;quand il est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 <strong>en appui sur les pieds<\/strong>. Les d\u00e9butants peuvent commencer en prenant appui sur les genoux afin de mod\u00e9rer l\u2019effort. En compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;autres exercices antagonistes pour le dos (muscles oppos\u00e9s), elles restent indispensables.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"> <strong>Optimise ton entrainement avec un coach <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment ex\u00e9cuter les pompes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En position couch\u00e9e face au sol, placez les <strong>mains \u00e0 plat au sol \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des \u00e9paules<\/strong>. Les <strong>pieds <\/strong>sont positionn\u00e9s <strong>un peu plus large que le bassin<\/strong>. En maintenant l\u2019ensemble du corps sur une m\u00eame ligne (t\u00eate, dos, fesses et jambes), <strong>descendez en fl\u00e9chissant les bras<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 amener le buste \u00e0 quelques centim\u00e8tres du sol.
