C&rsquo;est m\u00eame l&rsquo;un des\u00a0<strong>meilleurs exercices \u00e9paules<\/strong>\u00a0qui soient. Attention toutefois \u00e0 sa mauvaise ex\u00e9cution, souvent en prenant des charges trop lourdes et avec les coudes trop fl\u00e9chis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u00e9l\u00e9vations lat\u00e9rales: pour quels groupes musculaires?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les muscles des \u00e9paules sont compos\u00e9s de 3 faisceaux qui travaillent en synergie. Pour cette articulation complexe et fragile, il est important de les exercer de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 leur garantir un bon maintien. N\u00e9gliger un des faisceaux peut conduire \u00e0 un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de l\u2019articulation et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des blessures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>mouvement monoarticulaire <\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0elevation laterale musculation\u00a0\u00bb<strong> sollicite en priorit\u00e9 le faisceau moyen<\/strong> (ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00e9paule). Les pieds \u00e9cart\u00e9s de la largeur des \u00e9paules, la ceinture lombaire est gain\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paumes des mains vers le bas, proc\u00e9dez \u00e0 une <strong>l\u00e9g\u00e8re\u00a0flexion des coudes<\/strong> et verrouillez-les afin de les s\u00e9curiser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, <span style=\"background-color: rgb(232, 234, 235);\"><b>faites une \u00e9l\u00e9vation lat\u00e9rale bras tendus<\/b><\/span> de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 garder les coudes et les mains <strong>sur une m\u00eame ligne <\/strong>parall\u00e8le au sol. \u00c0 aucun moment, les mains ne peuvent \u00eatre plus hautes que les coudes ce qui limite l\u2019amplitude du mouvement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, redescendez en retenant les halt\u00e8res de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 remettre les bras le long du corps, contre les hanches.. Il existe une autre alternative, l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation lat\u00e9rale \u00e0 la poulie, qui utilise la poulie basse et qui s\u2019effectue \u00e0 un bras. Le passage du c\u00e2ble impose de se tenir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en retrait de la main. La distance entre le muscle travaill\u00e9 et la charge augmente consid\u00e9rablement la difficult\u00e9 de cette elevation laterale halteres.<\/li><li>Ne vous aidez pas du dos pour remonter et \u00e9vitez de redescendre les halt\u00e8res devant en courbant l\u2019\u00e9chine au risque de vous blesser au niveau des lombaires.<\/li><li>\u00c9vitez de plier les coudes exag\u00e9r\u00e9ment pour augmenter les poids.
