C&rsquo;est un excellent <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/bras\/triceps\/\">exercice d&rsquo;isolation pour les triceps<\/a><\/strong> qui permet de d\u00e9velopper la partie post\u00e9rieure du bras et de l\u2019\u00e9paule. Le dos bien plat, saisir l\u2019halt\u00e8re et placez le coude en position haute. Le point fixe \u00e9tant le coude c\u2019est <strong>uniquement l\u2019avant-bras qui est mobile. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Positionnez le poids de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que <strong>l\u2019avant-bras soit perpendiculaire au sol<\/strong>.
