Il les faut <strong>les travailler sp\u00e9cifiquement avec la bobine Andrieu<\/strong> ou Wrist roller. Z\u00e9ro technologie: il s\u2019agit simplement d\u2019une <strong>corde lest\u00e9e qu\u2019il faut enrouler et d\u00e9rouler autour d\u2019un axe<\/strong>. Cet exercice a l\u2019air <strong>simple, pourtant il est tr\u00e8s efficace<\/strong> pour <strong>d\u00e9velopper la force de pr\u00e9hension<\/strong> et <strong>renforcer les muscles de l\u2019avant-bras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La bobine Andrieu, pour quels groupes musculaires?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux muscles travaill\u00e9s sont les <strong>extenseurs du poignet <\/strong>et aussi les <strong>\u00e9paules<\/strong>, sollicit\u00e9es en isom\u00e9trie (contraction sans mouvement).
