De nombreuses <strong>variantes <\/strong>existent qui en fonction de leur amplitude permettent de <strong>cibler <\/strong>plus ou moins fortement <strong>la partie ant\u00e9rieure ou post\u00e9rieure de la cuisse<\/strong>. De nos jours, il existe de nombreuses machines qui permettent de solliciter les fessiers mais aucune ne peut se substituer aux fentes. Ensuite, par une propulsion dynamique en appui sur le talon, revenez en position initiale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fente avant statique<\/strong>&nbsp;: debout, vous d\u00e9crivez une fente en pla\u00e7ant un pied en arri\u00e8re (+ ou \u2013 90 cm) sur une ligne parall\u00e8le du pied d\u2019appui. Ensuite vous <strong>descendez de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 rapprocher le genou du sol<\/strong>, puis remontez en position initiale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fente avant avec d\u00e9placement<\/strong> : debout, vous faites des <strong>fentes successives en marchant<\/strong> et en alternant jambe gauche, jambe droite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fente arri\u00e8re&nbsp;dynamique<\/strong>&nbsp;: debout, la fente s\u2019ex\u00e9cute <strong>vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re<\/strong> avant de revenir en position initiale.
