Elle permet d&rsquo;aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chec m\u00eame avec une grosse charge. Toutefois comme on soul\u00e8ve beaucoup plus lourd, il faut \u00eatre prudent dans l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution du mouvement notamment au niveau des genoux. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La presse \u00e0 cuisses pour quels groupes musculaires?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses variantes de presses \u2026 Certaines proposent un mouvement horizontal, d\u2019autres totalement vertical, les derni\u00e8res ont un angle qui peut \u00eatre plus ou moins proche des 45\u00b0. Peu importe l\u2019angle et la position, toutes ces machines sont <strong>destin\u00e9es au travail des cuisses et plus particuli\u00e8rement des quadriceps et des fessiers<\/strong>. Assurez-vous que le <strong>poids<\/strong> se r\u00e9partisse plut\u00f4t <strong>vers les talons<\/strong> que vers la pointe des pieds. Servez-vous des poign\u00e9es qui permettent de fixer le bassin avant de commencer l\u2019exercice. Les \u00e9paules sont en appui sur le dossier et les genoux dans l\u2019axe du mouvement. Bien que cela permette un court moment de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, les risques d\u2019inversion de la flexion des genoux est importante.
