Un bon entrainement doit comporter un mix des trois.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Entra\u00eenement barres libres et halt\u00e8res<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est une m\u00e9thode tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante pour les raisons suivantes : Elle permet au d\u00e9butant de d\u00e9velopper une coordination musculaire \u00e0 laquelle il n\u2019est pas habitu\u00e9.<br>Les muscles doivent faire le mouvement par eux-m\u00eames, pas d\u2019aide comme avec la machine guid\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Il faut acqu\u00e9rir la maitrise du mouvement<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>On travaille en m\u00eame temps <strong>tous les muscles<\/strong> stabilisateurs qui ne travaillent pas sur les machines, ceux qui participent au mouvement initial, encore plus accentu\u00e9 avec les halt\u00e8res travail en altern\u00e9. Cela permet aussi petit \u00e0 petit de rattraper une faiblesse d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Entra\u00eenement machines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/63-accessoires-musculation\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Les machines de musculation<\/strong><\/a> permettent de travailler en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en mettant beaucoup de poids, et limitent le risque de blessures ou de mouvements incorrects. Elles poss\u00e8dent l\u2019avantage de faire passer un pallier de charges sans risque ( m\u00eame sans partenaire). Elles ne sont pas pour autant conseill\u00e9es aux d\u00e9butants malgr\u00e9 le c\u00f4t\u00e9 s\u00e9curitaire, car les mouvements n\u2019apportent pas la coordination musculaire que les poids libres procurent. On risque d\u2019\u00eatre perdu si on commence par les machines et qu\u2019on passe aux poids libres.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Entrainement poulies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail aux poulies permet de donner aux muscles une r\u00e9sistance constante du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin du mouvement, chose qui n\u2019est pas possible avec des halt\u00e8res ou des barres libres.
