Cette m\u00e9thode est bas\u00e9e sur le fait de choisir en fin d\u2019entrainement de faire un dernier mouvement monoarticulaire d\u2019un groupe musculaire qui sera ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 en 7 s\u00e9ries avec tr\u00e8s peu de temps de repos. Il s\u2019agit de faire 7 s\u00e9ries de 10-15 reps&nbsp; tr\u00e8s rapproch\u00e9es pour u maximum d\u2019afflux sanguin dans le muscle sollicit\u00e9 et <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>gav\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ine<\/strong><\/a>.
