L\u2019explication est qu\u2019il ne faut pas confondre apport calorique et pouvoir sucrant ! Le pouvoir sucrant des \u00e9dulcorants intenses \u00e9tant sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du sucre, une quantit\u00e9 moindre est n\u00e9cessaire pour obtenir le m\u00eame gout sucr\u00e9 ce qui ne signifie pas que leur charge calorique est plus faible. Certains \u00e9dulcorants, pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aspartame par exemple, pour leur gout plus proche de celui du sucre sont \u00e0 quantit\u00e9 \u00e9gale aussi caloriques que le sucre. Quel avantage il y a-t-il alors \u00e0 les utiliser ?
