Ils permettent d\u2019apporter une variante efficace pour le <strong>gain de volume des biceps. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels sont les\nmuscles sollicit\u00e9s&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les curls en <strong>prise marteau <\/strong>permettent de <strong>solliciter davantage la longue portion du biceps. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019intervention importante du long supinateur, muscle de l\u2019avant-bras qui s\u2019ins\u00e8re sous le biceps, permet de <strong>donner plus de volume au bras<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des curls, comme pour tous les exercices de musculation, il est impossible de ne faire intervenir qu\u2019un seul muscle et encore moins, un seul faisceau musculaire. Ce sont des groupes de muscles qui se synchronisent pour mobiliser les articulations. Dans le cas des curls, ce sont les  <br>avant-bras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment ex\u00e9cuter\nles curls en prise marteau&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En position debout ou assise, les halt\u00e8res sont saisis en prise neutre (marteau). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela signifie que les <strong>paumes des mains sont tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur,<\/strong> les pouces en avant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De mani\u00e8re alternative ou simultan\u00e9e, <strong>fl\u00e9chir les coudes<\/strong> pour amener les halt\u00e8res en direction des \u00e9paules sans effectuer de rotation. Les pouces restent vers l\u2019avant et les paumes de mains vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, <strong>redescendre <\/strong>en maitrisant la charge <strong>sans aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019extension compl\u00e8te<\/strong> du bras afin de <strong>maintenir les biceps sous tension<\/strong>.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/03131301-Dumbbell-Hammer-Curl_Forearm_720.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52132\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conseils du coach <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En position assise ou debout, \u00e9cartez les pieds\npour assurer une bonne stabilit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Le dos est plat et la ceinture abdominale est\ngain\u00e9e.
