Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de battre un record, de <\/strong><b><strong>travailler en intensit\u00e9<\/strong><\/b><strong> ou de faire preuve d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9, chacun a sa technique&#8230; En voici trois :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9thode pompes traditionnelles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ag\u00e9 de 77 ans, cet ancien v\u00e9t\u00e9ran de la seconde guerre mondiale d\u00e9fie les plus jeunes dans un concours de pompes et il n\u2019est pas en reste, loin de l\u00e0 ! Et en uniforme, en plus ! Les jeunes n\u2019ont plus qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019accrocher\u2026.
