Consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme acquises, \u00e0 force d&rsquo;\u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es, elles v\u00e9hiculent bon nombre d&rsquo;erreurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nous avons identifi\u00e9 10 id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur la sant\u00e9 et avons fait le point pour vous aider \u00e0 y voir plus clair parmi ces fausses croyances qui circulent \u00e0 tort.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue N\u00b03<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le coca est plus mauvais qu\u2019un jus de fruit car il contient beaucoup plus de sucre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Bois plut\u00f4t un jus de fruit que ton coca hyper sucr\u00e9 \u00bb. Qui n\u2019a pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu \u00e7a ? Mais pour en avoir le c\u0153ur net et ne pas faire de l\u2019anti am\u00e9ricanisme primaire comparons un verre de Coca \u00e0 une boisson saine par excellence, un verre de jus d\u2019orange. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un verre c\u2019est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 200 ml, or dans 200 ml de Coca, il y a 10 g de glucides. Dans 200 ml de jus d\u2019orange, il y a entre 9 g et quasiment 14 g dans les nectars (rarement plus de 50 % de fruits, presque toujours 50 % d\u2019eau et la plupart du temps autant de sucre qu\u2019il en faut pour donner du go\u00fbt \u00e0 la mixture). On a beaucoup diabolis\u00e9 le coca car il \u00e9tait le reflet de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 outre atlantique mais c\u2019est une fois de plus confondre la nocivit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle du produit et le comportement que certains ont face \u00e0 ce produit. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Tout est une question de dosage<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nBoire un verre de coca de temps en temps n\u2019est donc pas un probl\u00e8me, pas plus qu\u2019un jus de fruit, c\u2019est en faire sa boisson principale qui en est un.
