Outre les bienfaits pour la musculation, que les bodybuilders connaissent bien, la consommation de blanc de poulet ou filets de saumon r\u00e9duirait de 20% le risque d\u2019AVC selon une \u00e9tude chinoise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des prot\u00e9ines de bonne qualit\u00e9 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi ? Et bien le poulet et le saumon contiendraient des prot\u00e9ines animales, dont la consommation est connue pour lutter contre les maladies cardio-vasculaires. La prot\u00e9ine animale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral diminue la pression art\u00e9rielle tandis que le poisson riche en acides gras et en omega 3 prot\u00e8ge du risque d\u2019AVC. Les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ont aussi un un r\u00f4le protecteur mais bien moins que les prot\u00e9ines d\u2019origine animale.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portant sur plus de 250.000 personnes, l\u2019\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par des chercheurs de\u00a0 l\u2018Universit\u00e9 de Nanjing et dirig\u00e9e par Liu Xinfeng a mis en \u00e9vidence que les personnes consommant 20 g de blanc de poulet ou de poisson chaque jour avaient un risque inf\u00e9rieur de 20% d\u2019AVC, ce risque se r\u00e9duisant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 46% si la consommation de prot\u00e9ines avoisine les 40 g. La consommation \u00e9lev\u00e9e de prot\u00e9ines animales \u00e9viterait ainsi plus d\u20191 million de d\u00e9c\u00e8s dans le monde dus \u00e0 l\u2019AVC.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les viandes ne se valent pas toutes <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention toutefois \u00e0 consommer surtout du poulet et du poisson car la viande rouge -ou les viandes transform\u00e9es- contenant des nitrates, perd ses b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 cause du risque accru de cancer qu\u2019elle provoque (+10%). Elle pourrait au contraire provoquer davantage de maladies cardio-vasculaires et raccourcir la dur\u00e9e de vie.
