Dans les bonnes proportions, ils correspondent approximativement aux 2\/3 du volume total du bras. Ce sont les triceps qui <strong>permettent l\u2019extension du coude<\/strong>. Ils sont fortement sollicit\u00e9s lors des exercices polyarticulaires d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux pectoraux et aux \u00e9paules. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le triceps extension pour quels groupes musculaires?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l\u2019<strong>extension du coude derri\u00e8re la nuque<\/strong>, c\u2019est l\u2019<strong>ensemble des muscles du triceps qui sont sollicit\u00e9s<\/strong> (vaste interne, vaste externe et longue portion). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La position <strong>coude vers le haut \u00e9tire la longue portion<\/strong> qui est par cons\u00e9quent davantage mise \u00e0 contribution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment ex\u00e9cuter\nl\u2019extension triceps dans la nuque&nbsp;? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En position debout ou assise, il est essentiel de <strong>fixer le buste<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un bon <strong>gainage<\/strong> de la ceinture abdo\/lombaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet exercice peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <strong>\u00e0 un bras ou avec les deux<\/strong>. Le travail avec un bras n\u00e9cessite des charges moins lourdes mais garantit un travail \u00e9quivalent des deux bras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/03621301-Dumbbell-One-Arm-Triceps-Extension-on-bench_Upper-Arms_720.gif\" alt=\"Ex\u00e9cution du triceps extension \u00e0 un bras\" class=\"wp-image-52419\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, l\u2019<strong>ex\u00e9cution avec les deux bras permet d\u2019augmenter le poids<\/strong> mais la <strong>r\u00e9partition de la charge<\/strong> n\u2019est <strong>pas toujours \u00e9quivalente sur les deux bras.<\/strong> En effet, droitiers et gauchers ont tendance \u00e0 <strong>faire participer davantage le bras le plus fort<\/strong>. Cette situation peut survenir dans tous les mouvements qui engagent les deux membres (jambes ou bras) sur la m\u00eame charge. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mouvement consiste \u00e0 <strong>placer le(s) coude(s) \u00e0 la verticale du corps<\/strong>. Avec le(s) <strong>coude(s) fixe(s) en position haute, tendre le(s) bras<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 placer le poids <strong>au-dessus de la t\u00eate<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, <strong>redescendre <\/strong>en position initiale le(s) coude(s) fl\u00e9chi(s).
