Ce sont des micro l\u00e9sions qui vont se r\u00e9parer naturellement dans les jours qui viennent. Elles touchent donc indiff\u00e9remment le d\u00e9butant, ou le sportif entrain\u00e9, \u00e0 la reprise du sport ou lors de l\u2019introduction de nouveaux exercices. Ces micro l\u00e9sions sont n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la progression. Si le corps ne r\u00e9agit pas, il n&rsquo;y a pas de croissance musculaire.&nbsp; Toutefois, la douleur n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment le signe du bon entrainement. Les \u00e9viter passerait par une baisse d\u2019intensit\u00e9 et ce n\u2019est pas souhaitable si on veut des r\u00e9sultats. Les att\u00e9nuer, c\u2019est possible avec quelques modifications de l\u2019entrainement. Terminer la s\u00e9ance par du d\u00e9crassage \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 ou intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. S\u2019entrainer sur des courbatures n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9 si la douleur est le signe que la cicatrisation est en cours. On emp\u00eache ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de reconstruction d\u2019aller \u00e0 son terme. Le risque est de d\u00e9truire de la fibre au lieu de la laisser se reconstruire. Prendre des anti-douleurs est d\u00e9conseill\u00e9. Attention \u00e9galement aux \u00e9tirements qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un stress suppl\u00e9mentaire. Laisser aux fibres le temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer. Crampe ou courbature? Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne&nbsp; d\u2019inflammation des courbatures s\u2019amplifie en 48h alors que la crampe survient brutalement \u00e0 l\u2019effort.
