Des temps de repos tr\u00e8s brefs permettent de <strong>cr\u00e9er un stress au niveau des muscles<\/strong> qui n\u2019est comparable \u00e0 aucune autre technique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travail d\u00e9gressif en musculation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A qui s&rsquo;adresse le d\u00e9gressif?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> D\u00e9di\u00e9e aux <strong>pratiquants confirm\u00e9s<\/strong>, cette m\u00e9thode permet de <strong>franchir un cap dans l\u2019intensit\u00e9 des entra\u00eenements<\/strong> pour <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/guide-objectif\/prendre-du-muscle\/\">prendre du muscle<\/a><\/strong>. Les exercices qui comportent le plus de <strong>risques sont les squats et les soulev\u00e9s de terre<\/strong>. En effet, le dos \u00e9tant mis \u00e0 rude contribution, il ne faut en aucun cas que celui-ci flanche et adopte une mauvaise position qui risquerait d\u2019engendrer des blessures graves. Il faut n\u00e9anmoins pr\u00e9ciser que <strong>lors de s\u00e9ries d\u00e9gressives tous les exercices peuvent devenir risqu\u00e9s si la technique n&rsquo;est pas parfaite.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand la fatigue s\u2019installe, on a tendance \u00e0 <strong>descendre moins dans les jambes<\/strong>. Les muscles de la zone lombaire compensent en prenant un relais excessif. Les muscles lombaires \u00e9tant moins puissants que ceux des cuisses, les risques de blessure augmentent.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d\u2019un <strong>soulev\u00e9 de terre, le placement du dos<\/strong> est un <strong>facteur important <\/strong>pour ne pas se blesser. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs s\u00e9ries, une fois que la fatigue commence \u00e0 se faire sentir, il faut maintenir le dos dans une attitude parfaite. <strong>Ne jamais arrondir ni creuser la zone lombaire<\/strong>.&nbsp;      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment r\u00e9aliser une s\u00e9rie d\u00e9gressive?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 <strong>faire se suivre 3 ou 4 s\u00e9ries<\/strong> <strong>en commen\u00e7ant avec une charge lourde<\/strong> (80 % 1RM) et une fois arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec, <strong>r\u00e9duire la charge<\/strong> de 20 % et <strong>reprendre la deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9rie sans temps de repos<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec. Idem pour la troisi\u00e8me et quatri\u00e8me s\u00e9ries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e des <strong>temps de repos est de 10 \u00e0 20 secondes<\/strong> maximum.
