Il suffit parfois de se rendre \u00e0 v\u00e9lo \u00e0 son travail ou de prendre les transports en commun et de terminer \u00e0 pied les derniers kilom\u00e8tres !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15 mn de sport par jour suffisent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique poss\u00e8de de nombreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9. Mais jusque-l\u00e0 les scientifiques s&rsquo;entendaient sur une dur\u00e9e de <strong>150 mn minimum par semaine<\/strong> pour esp\u00e9rer des effets positifs sur l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle a port\u00e9 sur un groupe de plus de 400.000 personnes \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan suivi sur une p\u00e9riode de 8 ans. Ils avaient \u00e9galement moins de risques (-10%) d&rsquo;avoir un cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A condition de ne pas regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, selon The British Journal of Sports Medicine, 6 heures de t\u00e9l\u00e9 par jour diminuerait l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie de 5 ans !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compar\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux qui ne regardent pas la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, ceux qui la regardent six heures par jour peuvent s\u2019attendre \u00e0 vivre pr\u00e8s de cinq ans de moins. En fait la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision aurait des effets aussi n\u00e9fastes sur la sant\u00e9 que le tabac, l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 ou le manque d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique. Pire, chaque heure pass\u00e9e \u00e0 regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision peut raccourcir la vie de 22 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceci s&rsquo;explique par le fait que les personnes qui regardent beaucoup la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision sont aussi celles qui m\u00e8nent une vie s\u00e9dentaire. Elles ne consacrent pas le reste de leur temps \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 physique Si en plus, elles ont un r\u00e9gime alimentaire malsain et sont en surpoids, c&rsquo;est la catastrophe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a donc tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 moins regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et \u00e0 se mettre au sport.
