On diminue donc les glucides pour que le corps soit contraint d\u2019aller puiser dans ses r\u00e9serves lors d\u2019un effort. Cela passe par le maintien d&rsquo;une bonne intensit\u00e9 au niveau des entrainements. Inutile donc de faire des s\u00e9ries longues m\u00eame si on peut allonger un peu les s\u00e9ries, &nbsp;car on a moins de force et d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Pour donner plus de rythme r\u00e9duire les temps de repos, on va plut\u00f4t faire des super-s\u00e9ries pour ne pas faire des s\u00e9ances trop longues (40 \u00e0 50 mn maxi). On ajoute une activit\u00e9 cardio vasculaire en fin de s\u00e9ance. Un effort mod\u00e9r\u00e9 est id\u00e9al pour que le corps puise dans ses r\u00e9serves de graisse. Il est aussi recommand\u00e9 de faire une activit\u00e9 cardio-vasculaire \u00e0 jeun pour s\u00e9cher et perdre du poids. Le corps a utilis\u00e9 pendant la nuit ses r\u00e9serves de glycog\u00e8ne pour maintenir ses fonctions vitales. Il faut donc lors de l\u2019entrainement, si on doit r\u00e9duire un peu les charges, chercher \u00e0 garder de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 en allongeant un peu les s\u00e9ries.
