Pour autant, ce n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame chose. Les gens croient qu&rsquo;ils font une s\u00e8che mais en fait ils perdent du poids. La s\u00e8che c&rsquo;est un terme de bodybuilding, destin\u00e9 aux athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau en pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 une comp\u00e9tition. Quand on est en surpoids on ne fait pas de s\u00e8che. S\u00e9cher veut dire perdre un peu de graisse mais aussi de l&rsquo;eau pour une d\u00e9finition parfaite. La base musculaire n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame et le pourcentage de graisse non plus.  <br>Tout le monde est capable de perdre du poids et de mincir mais pas de s\u00e9cher.   S\u00e9cher c&rsquo;est plus difficile car le corps r\u00e9siste, un pourcentage de graisse aussi bas que celui des athl\u00e8tes provoque stress et inconfort. Le processus gain de masse musculaire+s\u00e8che peut prendre des ann\u00e9es. Une succession de plusieurs s\u00e8ches est souvent n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre cet objectif,  <br>Il faut savoir que les derniers pourcentages de graisse sont les plus difficiles \u00e0 perdre, surtout avec un entrainement intense. On est bien loin de ce qu&rsquo;on appelle \u00ab\u00a0une s\u00e8che avant la plage\u00a0\u00bb, m\u00eame avec un bon physique.
