{"id":52337,"date":"2020-12-15T15:30:50","date_gmt":"2020-12-15T14:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/?p=52337"},"modified":"2021-09-30T12:44:44","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T10:44:44","slug":"podcast-proteine-avant-ou-apres-entrainement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/podcast-proteine-avant-ou-apres-entrainement\/","title":{"rendered":"Episode#10 La prot\u00e9ine avant ou apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entrainement?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"556\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/episode-10-proteine-avant-ou-apres-entrainement.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52388\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans\nl\u2019\u00e9pisode n\u00b010, on r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la question que tout le monde s\u2019est pos\u00e9e un\njour&nbsp;: les prot\u00e9ines, on les prend avant ou apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interview de Patrick coach Sport et Nutrition par Christine\nLeggio r\u00e9dactrice en chef de Mes Conseils fit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les pratiquants de musculation se sont pos\u00e9 ou se poseront cette question un jour ou l\u2019autre: \u00ab\u00a0dois-je prendre ma prot\u00e9ine avant ou apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dans cet \u00e9pisode vous apprendrez :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Qu&rsquo;il vaut mieux rappeler le r\u00f4le des prot\u00e9ines<\/li><li>L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de la prot\u00e9ine avant l\u2019entrainement<br><\/li><li>Et si c&rsquo;\u00e9tait mieux de prendre plut\u00f4t des BCAA, avant l\u2019entrainement<br><\/li><li>Que \u00e7a d\u00e9pend du repas qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de l\u2019entrainement <br><\/li><li>Si c&rsquo;est vrai que la prise de prot\u00e9ines la plus importante est celle d\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement. <\/li><li>La prot\u00e9ine apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement, \u00e7a sert \u00e0 quoi ?<\/li><li>Quel type de prot\u00e9ine apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement ?<\/li><li>Que c&rsquo;est la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;apport en prot\u00e9ine qui compte <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce qu\u2019il faut retenir :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une r\u00e9ponse claire, d&rsquo;abord un petit rappel du r\u00f4le des prot\u00e9ines. En musculation, en prendre c&rsquo;est une \u00e9vidence car ce sont les briques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la construction musculaire. Mais ce macronutriment est long \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer. Du coup, en prendre avant l&rsquo;effort est inutile. Il faut une longue phase de digestion qui mobilise une partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrainement. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas int\u00e9ressant de la prendre avant l&rsquo;effort ou alors 1h30 \u00e0 2H avant. Les BCAA ici prennent tout leur sens car on \u00e9vite l&rsquo;effet de digestion tout en ayant les bienfaits des prot\u00e9ines. Si le repas qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de l&rsquo;entrainement a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien dos\u00e9 en prot\u00e9ine, cela suffit, sachant qu&rsquo;on a int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 apporter 30 \u00e0 40 g toutes les 3 h. Apr\u00e8s avoir fourni un gros effort, c&rsquo;est le bon moment pour les prot\u00e9ines, mais inutile de se pr\u00e9cipiter pour les prendre apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort, id\u00e9alement dans l&rsquo;heure qui suit. Le type de prot\u00e9ine conseill\u00e9 est une prot\u00e9ine qui se dig\u00e8re rapidement, comme la whey par exemple. Il n&rsquo;y a pas vraiment de meilleur moment. L&rsquo;important c&rsquo;est la r\u00e9partition au cours de la journ\u00e9e.
