Sommes-nous toujours dans le bon sch\u00e9ma d\u2019entra\u00eenement qui permet la croissance musculaire ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au m\u00eame titre que pour la course \u00e0 pied, le v\u00e9lo ou la natation, tout sportif a ses limites et finira par ne plus pouvoir faire 10 m\u00e8tres de plus. En effet, le <strong>catabolisme<\/strong>, qui est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de croissance musculaire, <strong>ne peut s\u2019op\u00e9rer qu\u2019avec des charges lourdes<\/strong>. C\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019interviennent la notion du 1 RM et du nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Le 1 RM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Travailler avec <strong>une charge qui correspond \u00e0 80 % de son 1 RM<\/strong> (charge maximum avec laquelle on est capable de faire une seule r\u00e9p\u00e9tition) permet de faire des s\u00e9ries entre 8 et 12 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions. C\u2019est dans cette fourchette que l\u2019\u00e9chec doit \u00eatre obtenu pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un maximum de catabolisme et par cons\u00e9quent, le stress musculaire suffisant qui lui enverra le signal qu\u2019il doit s\u2019adapter (se d\u00e9velopper).
