Il faut pr\u00e9parer son coeur et son corps \u00e0 faire un effort et \u00e9viter les blessures. Int\u00e9r\u00eat m\u00e9canique : augmenter la temp\u00e9rature corporelle, pr\u00e9parer le muscle cardiaque mais aussi mental, \u00ab\u00a0se mettre en condition\u00a0\u00bb. Cr\u00e9er le lien entre le groupe musculaire sollicit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;esprit. Faire chauffer la machine, et se pr\u00e9parer mentalement, \u00ab\u00a0visualiser\u00a0\u00bb l&rsquo;effort. Cela passe par des exercices simples de cardio, puis des exercices sp\u00e9cifiques qui se rapprochent de l&rsquo;exercice qui va suivre pour pr\u00e9parer le corps aux contraintes et aux gestes techniques. Selon les cas, l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, \u00e0 la forme physique, aux conditions climatiques, si on est dehors. Ne pas s&rsquo;\u00e9tirer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, ce n&rsquo;est pas le moment, \u00e0 froid. Attention aussi au pi\u00e8ge du gel chauffant qui cr\u00e9e une impression de chaleur mais n&rsquo;\u00e9chauffe pas le muscle en r\u00e9alit\u00e9. <br>L&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement est non seulement utile mais indispensable. Il faut l&rsquo;effectuer de fa\u00e7on graduelle, le flux sanguin augmente, les muscles se r\u00e9chauffent, la temp\u00e9rature du corps monte.
