Ne pas confondre cheat et shit d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour commencer. Tricher ne veut pas dire faire n\u2019importe quoi. On s\u2019autorise un cheat meal pour avoir un repas plaisir en ligne de mire, dans le cadre d\u2019un r\u00e9gime et lever les frustrations. Le r\u00e9gime strict doit durer au moins 15 jours, ensuite on peut l\u00e2cher prise un tout petit peu. Au bout de 15 jours, on choisit un jour pr\u00e9cis et on s\u2019y tient. C\u2019est surtout destin\u00e9 \u00e0 des gens au r\u00e9gime qui sont tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieux sur leur alimentation. Il faut distinguer l\u2019objectif : la perte de poids ou de graisse et la prise de masse. En prise de masse, il n\u2019y a pas vraiment de frustration, tandis qu\u2019en d\u00e9ficit calorique, on a faim et des envies d\u2019aliments interdits. Le cheat meal est fait pour ces personnes-l\u00e0. Cela ne veut pas dire manger n\u2019importe quoi pour autant. La difficult\u00e9 est de se faire plaisir tout en restant sur quelque chose de bon tant sur le plan du go\u00fbt que de la qualit\u00e9, un hamburger de bon restaurant plut\u00f4t qu\u2019au fast food. Si on mange plus que d\u2019habitude, cela sert \u00e0 relancer le m\u00e9tabolisme qui tourne au ralenti avec un nombre de calories restreint. Le lendemain tout rentre dans l\u2019ordre, la combustion des graisses se fait mieux et en plus on a mang\u00e9 \u00e0 sa faim. Comment s\u2019organiser ?
