Or ce n\u2019est pas la configuration id\u00e9ale pour <\/strong><a href=\"\/74-prendre-du-muscle-sec\"><b><strong>prendre du muscle et favoriser la croissance musculaire<\/strong><\/b><\/a><strong>, car la r\u00e9partition sur la journ\u00e9e compte d\u2019apr\u00e8s cette \u00e9tude de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Texas, publi\u00e9e dans le Journal of Nutrition.<br> Tartines ou c\u00e9r\u00e9ales le matin et salade ou sandwich le midi, ne seraient donc pas la bonne option.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Une nouvelle \u00e9tude sur la r\u00e9partition des prot\u00e9ines<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Entre 0,8 et 1,5 g de prot\u00e9ines par kg<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>L\u2019apport conseill\u00e9 en prot\u00e9ines <\/strong>varie selon les individus et l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique entre 0,8g et 1,5g de prot\u00e9ines par kilo de poids de corps. En mesurant le taux de synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines, les chercheurs se sont aper\u00e7us que cette synth\u00e8se \u00e9tait bien meilleure chez les sujets ayant r\u00e9parti cet apport en prot\u00e9ines de fa\u00e7on \u00e9gale entre les diff\u00e9rents repas, plut\u00f4t que chez ceux ayant concentr\u00e9 la majorit\u00e9 de leur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/136-plats-cuisines\">dose de prot\u00e9ines au repas<\/a> du soir. <\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux groupes ont re\u00e7u deux r\u00e9gimes \u00e9quivalents comportant 90g de prot\u00e9ines par jour sauf que dans le premier groupe, la r\u00e9partition des prot\u00e9ines \u00e9tait de 30g par repas (matin, midi et soir) et dans le second groupe, la r\u00e9partition \u00e9tait de 10g le matin, 15g le midi et 65g le soir.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un effet sur le long terme <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le taux de synth\u00e8se de prot\u00e9ines musculaires mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de&nbsp; biopsies de la cuisse et de prises de sang, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le groupe 1, ayant consomm\u00e9 30g de prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 la fois a , non seulement vu sa synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines augmenter, mais, que l\u2019effet perdure \u00e0 long terme sur les muscles.<br> Il ne s\u2019agit pas forc\u00e9ment de <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><b>consommer beaucoup de prot\u00e9ines<\/b><\/a>, mais de les consommer surtout au bon moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante au moment o\u00f9 des fabricants pensent \u00e0 la commercialisation de boissons prot\u00e9in\u00e9es en Europe. Aux USA, ce march\u00e9 est \u00e9norme et continue de grossir. En 5 ans il a augment\u00e9 de 50% jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre 5,4 milliards de dollars en 2011.&nbsp; Pourtant, certaines femmes pensent encore que ces produits font grossir ou les feront ressembler \u00e0 des hommes en faisant gonfler leurs muscles, car elles associent ces produits \u00e0 l\u2019image des <b><a href=\"\/\">pratiquants de musculation<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une alternative au soda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les consommateurs Am\u00e9ricains sont friands de ces boissons et connaissent leurs avantages en termes de di\u00e9t\u00e9tique. En Europe, les Allemands sont les mieux inform\u00e9s et sont plus nombreux \u00e0 consommer des prot\u00e9ines alimentaires (21%), viennent ensuite les Espagnols et les Polonais (18%), les Italiens (16%) et enfin les Fran\u00e7ais (14%). Selon les industriels, les <b>boissons prot\u00e9in\u00e9es \u00e0 base de lait<\/b> ont un gros potentiel en Europe, tandis que les eaux prot\u00e9in\u00e9es ne pourraient pas convaincre comme aux USA. Mais ces boissons prot\u00e9in\u00e9es pourraient bien devenir une v\u00e9ritable alternative au soda. Ce qui est plut\u00f4t une bonne nouvelle pour la sant\u00e9 et repr\u00e9sente une option beaucoup plus saine et une solution efficace pour <b><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-prise-masse-seche\/\">r\u00e9partir ses apports de prot\u00e9ines dans la journ\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/b> Si les fabricants de ces boissons en sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 convaincus, il reste encore \u00e0 convaincre les consommateurs\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Source Agromedia.fr.
