La m\u00e9decine chinoise la conna\u00eet et l&rsquo;utilise depuis des mill\u00e9naires pour ses bienfaits sur l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Comment agit l&rsquo;acide pinol\u00e9nique ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme beaucoup d&rsquo;huiles polyinsatur\u00e9es,&nbsp; elle a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti cholest\u00e9rol et mod\u00e8re la tension art\u00e9rielle. Mais sa particularit\u00e9 est d&rsquo;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s riche en un om\u00e9ga 6 pas comme les autres, l&rsquo;acide pinol\u00e9nique, qui saurait stimuler la production d&rsquo;hormone de sati\u00e9t\u00e9.<br> Issue du pin originaire de Cor\u00e9e (Pinus koraiensis) elle contient naturellement des taux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;acide pinol\u00e9nique.<br> 92 % de ses acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s sont actifs et vont r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 d\u00e9clencher la production de deux hormones coupe-faim la cholecystokinine (CKK) et la glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP1) qui envoient des signaux de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 au cerveau, abaissant de fa\u00e7on significative la sensation de faim.<br> L&rsquo;une de ces hormones est fabriqu\u00e9e en r\u00e9action aux graisses, (la CCK est fabriqu\u00e9e dans les intestins en pr\u00e9sence de graisses et de <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/a> alimentaires et limite la prise alimentaire), l&rsquo;autre aux sucres (le GLP1 est une autre hormone naturelle, produite au niveau intestinal, impliqu\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gulation du taux de sucre dans le sang, faisant dispara\u00eetre la sensation de faim).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preuves scientifiques sur l&rsquo;acide pinol\u00e9nique<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude portant sur 18 femmes en surpoids, a montr\u00e9 que l&rsquo;acide pinol\u00e9nique r\u00e9duit d&rsquo;un tiers l&rsquo;envie de manger !<br> On leur a administr\u00e9 soit 3 g d&rsquo;huile de pignon soit 3 g d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, juste avant un petit d\u00e9jeuner riche en glucides. En mesurant les taux d&rsquo;hormone toutes les 30 mn, les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois une hausse des hormones de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 (+60% de CCK et + 25% de GPL1) et une diminution du d\u00e9sir de manger de 29%.
