Ce d\u00e9licieux met r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour sa forme triangulaire, est constitu\u00e9 principalement d&rsquo;une feuille de brick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son atout est qu&rsquo;il peut s&rsquo;adapter selon tous les go\u00fbts et toutes les envies. En effet, le samoussa est garni d&rsquo;une farce qui peut \u00eatre cuisin\u00e9e comme l&rsquo;on veut. Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une farce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper les feuilles de brick en 2, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir 8 demi-cercles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poser 1 grosse cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farce \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de chaque demi-feuille de brick, et les plier afin de former des petits triangles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 et faire cuire les samoussas pendant une vingtaine de minutes tout en surveillant de temps en temps la cuisson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et voil\u00e0 ! C&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat \u00e0 d\u00e9guster !
