L&rsquo;un deux, l&rsquo;arginine, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/3-bcaa-acides-amines-essentiels\"><strong>acide amin\u00e9<\/strong><\/a><strong> semi-essentiel, est plut\u00f4t connu pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la production d&rsquo;acide nitrique et augmenter la vasodilatation (afflux sanguin et augmentation du diam\u00e8tre des veines), afin d&rsquo;obtenir un apport plus important de nutriments, d&rsquo;hormones et d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne vers les muscles. On lui pr\u00eate \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres propri\u00e9t\u00e9s : il serait capable de <\/strong><a title=\"9 fa\u00e7ons simples d\u2019augmenter naturellement la GH\" href=\"\/conseils\/augmenter-naturellement-gh-hormone-croissance\/\"><strong>favoriser l&rsquo;augmentation du taux de GH<\/strong><\/a><strong>, hormone de croissance et diminution de la graisse corporelle. Cette \u00e9tude, dirig\u00e9e par Christoffer Clemmensen de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Copenhague, men\u00e9e sur des souris insulino-r\u00e9sistantes ou sensibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline a montr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats int\u00e9ressants dans les deux groupes ; pouvant s&rsquo;appliquer aux personnes souffrant de diab\u00e8te de type 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les souris minces comme les plus grasses ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 des bienfaits de l&rsquo;arginine. Cette diminution du glucose de 40% est proche des r\u00e9sultats obtenus avec les m\u00e9dicaments contre le diab\u00e8te de type 2. Cela ne veut pas dire, bien entendu, qu&rsquo;il suffit de multiplier les sources d&rsquo;arginine en mangeant par exemple de grandes quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;amandes et de noisettes pour gu\u00e9rir le diab\u00e8te. Toutefois les recherches montrent qu&rsquo;une di\u00e8te riche en aliments contenant de l&rsquo;arginine peut modifier significativement&nbsp; le m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose.<br><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">371 millions de personnes touch\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on sait que 371 millions de personnes dans le monde sont concern\u00e9es par cette maladie, dont 90% souffrent de diab\u00e8te de type 2.<br> Pour mesurer l&rsquo;effet de l&rsquo;arginine,&nbsp; les chercheurs ont soumis les souris \u00e0 un test de glyc\u00e9mie permettant de mesurer la capacit\u00e9 du corps \u00e0 \u00e9liminer le glucose du sang sur une dur\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise. Cet effet r\u00e9gulateur du glucose a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois sur les souris minces et les souris ob\u00e8ses.<br> L&rsquo;arginine augmenterait \u00e9galement la production du glucagon (GLP-1), une hormone qui joue un r\u00f4le important dans la r\u00e9gulation de l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit et du m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose, et qui fait lui-m\u00eame partie des traitements contre le diab\u00e8te de type 2.<br> Les souris priv\u00e9es de r\u00e9cepteurs GLP-1 ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas des effets protecteurs de l&rsquo;arginine, c&rsquo;est donc la preuve que arginine et GLP-1 sont li\u00e9s dans le m\u00e9canisme de cette am\u00e9lioration du glucose et de la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d&rsquo;insuline.
