Toujours avec l\u2019objectif de vous faire d\u00e9couvrir, de vous informer, et de vous en apprendre davantage sur l\u2019univers du sport, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tester nous-m\u00eame de nouveaux entra\u00eenements et de nouvelles disciplines. Nous pourrons ensuite vous donner tous les d\u00e9tails techniques, niveaux de difficult\u00e9 et muscles travaill\u00e9s de chacun d\u2019entre eux. Qui sait, vous pourriez peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9couvrir votre nouvelle passion ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier sport auquel nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous attaquer est le crossfit, une discipline du monde du fitness dont on entend beaucoup parler ces derniers temps, tant par son intensit\u00e9 que par son efficacit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais alors, qu\u2019est-ce que le crossfit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le crossfit est une combinaison de diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s et exercices physiques pratiqu\u00e9s en groupe, mais tous ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s avec un m\u00eame point commun, une intensit\u00e9 haute du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin de la session. Ses credo ? D\u00e9passement de soi et motivation collective. Il va permettre de travailler l\u2019ensemble des muscles du corps, un m\u00e9lange de musculation, de cardio et de gymnastique qui a connu un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s dans les salles de sport, chez les femmes, les hommes et m\u00eame les enfants, et ce, de tous les niveaux.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La s\u00e9ance&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est parti, mardi matin, 8h30, je me rends \u00e0 la salle de sport o\u00f9 je me suis pr\u00e9alablement inscrite \u00e0 un cours collectif. On commence par quelques d\u00e9tails et explications sur la s\u00e9ance, puis c\u2019est parti pour les \u00e9tirements et un court \u00e9chauffement (Warmup) d\u2019\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 10 minutes avec des abdos, pompes, squats, burpees, puis on commence \u00e0 utiliser un kettlebell pour se concentrer sur des exercices de force pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes. \u00c0 ce stade, le but n\u2019est pas de tout donner mais de chauffer ses muscles pour ne pas risquer de se blesser par la suite, surtout \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de ce qui va suivre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a y est, l\u2019\u00e9chauffement est termin\u00e9, on va rentrer dans le vif du sujet. Le coach nous pr\u00e9sente notre WOD (Workout of The Day), on le r\u00e9vise plusieurs fois pour pouvoir encha\u00eener tous les exercices. Le n\u00f4tre se composait de :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 sauts \u00e0 la corde<\/li><li>50 swings avec poids (sorte de mouvement de balancier)<\/li><li>40 box jumps\u00a0<\/li><li>50 burpees\u00a0<\/li><li>10 tractions (avec la possibilit\u00e9 de rajouter un \u00e9lastique)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : 15 minutes tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s intenses, un climat d&rsquo;entraide, une motivation d\u00e9cupl\u00e9e, et un tee-shirt tremp\u00e9 !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous aimez les entra\u00eenements\u00a0intensifs, les sports collectifs et que vous n&rsquo;avez pas beaucoup de temps pour faire du sport, alors cette discipline est pour vous ! Rapprochez-vous de votre salle de sport pour savoir si des cours sont disponibles, et pr\u00e9parez-vous \u00e0 transpirer !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiche technique :\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Niveau de difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> de 1 \u00e0 5\u00a0en fonction du WOD effectu\u00e9, avec une grosse marge de progression<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Muscles travaill\u00e9s :<\/strong> Tous les muscles sont sollicit\u00e9s durant une s\u00e9ance. Il est \u00e9galement possible d\u2019adapter son WOD pour se concentrer sur certaines zones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temps d\u2019entra\u00eenement :<\/strong> 1h (30 minutes
