Le cerveau lui ordonne alors de se reposer\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voici 5 fa\u00e7ons de booster votre concentration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, on sait qu&rsquo;un entrainement bien intense, bien connect\u00e9 entre les muscles et le cerveau sera plus efficace et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, parce qu&rsquo;une meilleure concentration mobilisera plus de fibres musculaires. La consommation de bons gras est donc n\u00e9cessaire au bon fonctionnement du cerveau.
