Ce principe est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre nouveau mais il a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en lumi\u00e8re sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses nombreux avantages. Ce concept se rapproche du Batch Cooking, qui a pour but de pr\u00e9parer un plat en grande quantit\u00e9 pour le diviser en plusieurs portions correspondant aux diff\u00e9rents repas de la semaine. La diff\u00e9rence avec le Batch Cooking est que le meal prep consiste \u00e0 varier les recettes, et donc les apports nutritifs, ce qui va \u00eatre plus int\u00e9ressant pour une personne qui pratique du sport ou qui a des objectifs sportifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but de cette technique est donc de pr\u00e9voir tout un menu pour la semaine, du petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou du d\u00e9jeuner au diner. Et on ne le dira jamais assez, la planification est la cl\u00e9 pour une alimentation saine sans se prendre la t\u00eate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels sont ses avantages et pourquoi faire un meal prep ?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La technique du meal prep offre de nombreux avantages :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mieux manger<\/strong> <strong>:<\/strong> en planifiant ses repas \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, on sera plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de proposer des plats \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, en accord avec le r\u00e9gime qu&rsquo;on souhaite suivre. Que ce soit au niveau de la qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle des aliments ou de la taille des portions, le meal prep est un bon moyen de beaucoup mieux contr\u00f4ler la qualit\u00e9 et la quantit\u00e9 de nos repas. Fini les pl\u00e2tr\u00e9es de p\u00e2tes le jeudi soir apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e plus que charg\u00e9e, ton poulet aux champignons accompagn\u00e9 de haricots verts et d&rsquo;une portion de riz t&rsquo;attendront sagement dans le frigo !<\/li><li><strong>Gain d&rsquo;argent : <\/strong>forc\u00e9ment, en planifiant ses repas, on va \u00e9galement faire une liste de courses, anticiper les ingr\u00e9dients dont on a besoin et on va avoir tendance \u00e0 beaucoup moins craquer avant de passer en caisse au supermarch\u00e9. Les quantit\u00e9s et les produits sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, on va limiter les aliments dits superflus.<\/li><li><strong>Gain de temps<\/strong> : alors oui, \u00e9videmment, le meal prep va demander 1h \u00e0 1h30 de pr\u00e9paration chaque week-end en cuisine pour \u00eatre tranquille les soirs de semaine. Mais, crois-moi, au final, cela \u00e9vite de se poser la question chaque soir, de regarder les restes du frigo en essayant d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment de trouver autre chose que des p\u00e2tes avec du steak (on sait que t&rsquo;es dans cette situation aussi, pas la peine de faire genre). Surtout lorsqu&rsquo;on a un travail prenant et que faire \u00e0 manger devient une corv\u00e9e le soir, crois-moi, tu me remercieras.<\/li><li><strong>Moins de gaspillage alimentaire<\/strong>&nbsp;: c&rsquo;est en lien avec le gain d&rsquo;argent que permet le meal prep, en contr\u00f4lant les quantit\u00e9s, on \u00e9vite d&rsquo;acheter trop en d\u00e9terminant \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires et on gaspille beaucoup moins. Ce qui est achet\u00e9 est consomm\u00e9, et on n&rsquo;oublie rien dans le fond du frigo (je suis s\u00fbre que tu connais aussi les carottes que t&rsquo;avais achet\u00e9 pour te donner bonne conscience mais que t&rsquo;as eu la flemme de cuisiner en rentrant le soir et qui se retrouvent toutes rabougries dans le fond du bac \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes).<\/li><li><strong>Et surtout moins de stress<\/strong> : comment ne pas \u00eatre moins stress\u00e9 quand on a plus \u00e0 se creuser la t\u00eate 2 fois par jour, 21 fois par semaine et 84 fois par mois, pour savoir quoi manger ? On n&rsquo;a plus \u00e0 se poser la question, notre \u00ab\u00a0nous\u00a0\u00bb frais du week-end l&rsquo;a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait pour nous.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong> : On mange mieux, tout en gagnant \u00e0 la fois de l&rsquo;argent et du temps, on gaspille moins et, forc\u00e9ment, on est beaucoup moins stress\u00e9. Seul investissement \u00e0 faire ? Un kit de plusieurs lunch box (ou bo\u00eetes \u00e0 lunch) pour pouvoir conserver tous ses plats (on conseille plut\u00f4t ceux en verre, surtout si tu as tendance \u00e0 les faire chauffer au micro-onde).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment bien organiser ses menus pour ses meal prep de la semaine ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pouvoir profiter au maximum de ses nombreux avantages, il faut conna\u00eetre quelques petites astuces qui te permettront de t&rsquo;organiser au mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00c9tablis un plan alimentaire<\/strong> : en fonction des tes activit\u00e9s, de ton planning, de tes besoins et tes contraintes. Tiens compte des jours o\u00f9 tu as pr\u00e9vu de manger \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, o\u00f9 tu vas rentrer tard, o\u00f9 tu n&rsquo;auras pas forc\u00e9ment de quoi chauffer ton plat&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>Fais des listes de courses<\/strong> : en fonction des plats pr\u00e9vus, il faudra alors pr\u00e9voir des produits frais qui seront consomm\u00e9s dans la semaine, mais \u00e9galement des surgel\u00e9s et des conserves qui pourront acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la confection d&rsquo;un repas. Une fois dans le supermarch\u00e9, il faudra s&rsquo;en tenir \u00e0 sa liste de courses et ne pas se disperser !<\/li><li><strong>Note tes menus<\/strong> : sur un classeur, un fichier excel&#8230; pour gagner du temps pour les prochaines semaines si tu souhaites reproduire une recette d\u00e9j\u00e0 faite.<\/li><li><strong>Choisis bien tes recettes<\/strong> : essaye de choisir des recettes qui utilisent les m\u00eames ingr\u00e9dients sous diff\u00e9rentes formes pour \u00e9viter le gaspillage, \u00e9viter de devoir acheter 854254 ingr\u00e9dients diff\u00e9rents, mais \u00e9galement pour gagner du temps !
