Sauf que certaines boissons et plats contiennent ces fameux sucres ajout\u00e9s, \u00e0 base de sirop de ma\u00efs qui sont aussi une forme de fructose. Cet exc\u00e8s de sucres cumul\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres conduit \u00e0 l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et \u00e0 une certaine forme de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline. Plus grave, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude chez l&rsquo;animal, un exc\u00e8s de fructose endommagerait le foie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des risques multipli\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conclusions de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;American Journal of Clinical Nutrition sont celles-ci : 6 semaines de ce <a href=\"\/conseils\/nutrition\/programmes-alimentaires\/\"><strong>r\u00e9gime<\/strong><\/a> riche en fructose suffit \u00e0 doubler les dommages au foie par rapport \u00e0 un groupe t\u00e9moin ne recevant qu&rsquo;un faible apport en fructose.
