Lorsque ces cellules ont une activit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, la somnolence excessive s&rsquo;installe allant parfois jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la narcolepsie, maladie li\u00e9e au gain de poids.<br>Comparant les effets de divers nutriments sur les cellules \u00e0 orexines, Ils ont constat\u00e9 que les acides amin\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans les prot\u00e9ines du type blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf ou soja ont un effet stimulant beaucoup plus important. Au contraire, le glucose bloque l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de ces cellules.
