Juste apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance a\u00e9robie, les taux varient entre -11 et -33%. Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entrainement de force, les taux de leucine baissent de 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Tous les acides amin\u00e9s comptent pour le muscle<\/b><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La leucine bien que centrale n&rsquo;est pas seule \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le essentiel, car les autres acides amin\u00e9s aussi sont importants. La leucine est le catalyseur de la synth\u00e8se prot\u00e9ique, notamment juste apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice, pour que la synth\u00e8se se fasse vite et que le taux grimpe rapidement, mais la pr\u00e9sence de tous les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels est \u00e9galement importante pour la synth\u00e8se compl\u00e8te.
