Le corps serait ainsi en mesure de fournir une meilleure r\u00e9ponse cellulaire et une dilatation des art\u00e8res pour mieux r\u00e9guler le flux sanguin.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le jus de betterave pr\u00e9serve l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux \u00e9tudes effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Exeter ont rapport\u00e9 que la consommation de jus de betterave avait permis aux athl\u00e8tes d&rsquo;utiliser pr\u00e8s de 20% d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne en moins que les sujets ayant re\u00e7u du jus de cassis. Ce test a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur des athl\u00e8tes, soumis \u00e0 une \u00e9preuve cycliste, 30 mn apr\u00e8s avoir bu le jus de betterave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de la consommation d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne dans le tissu musculaire. Les scientifiques ont conclu que le jus de betterave leur a permis de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 leurs muscles, ce qui a augment\u00e9 leur endurance et r\u00e9duit leur effort physique.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utile pour passer un cap <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ces effets ne seront sans doute pas ressentis par les athl\u00e8tes ultra entra\u00een\u00e9s, le jus de betterave pourrait donner un coup de pouce \u00e0 ceux qui stagnent ou n&rsquo;arrivent pas \u00e0 passer un cap.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre de ses effets : la r\u00e9gulation de la tension art\u00e9rielle, est utile aussi aux non-sportifs et permet le contr\u00f4le de certaines affections comme le diab\u00e8te et les maladies cardio-vasculaires.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9tabli quel serait le bon dosage. Mais il faut boire beaucoup de jus pour profiter de ces effets. On n&rsquo;est pas s\u00fbr que cela marche aussi bien avec l&rsquo;aliment betterave, car la concentration de nitrates est plus importante dans le jus. Si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas la betterave, on en trouve aussi dans les \u00e9pinards, le chou fris\u00e9 !
