L&rsquo;ad\u00e9nosine est un neurom\u00e9diateur apaisant du syst\u00e8me nerveux central, la caf\u00e9ine en bloquant l&rsquo;ad\u00e9nosine devient un excitant du Syst\u00e8me Nerveux Central.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un effet coup de fouet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ses effets imm\u00e9diats et \u00e0 dose raisonnable sont donc : u<strong>n effet coup de fouet, une plus grande concentration et r\u00e9activit\u00e9<\/strong>, un peu comme l&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline.
