Ils devaient dire pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment combien de bi\u00e8re ils buvaient et ce qu&rsquo;ils mangeaient par ailleurs. Ces hommes et femmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en 4 groupes de \u00ab pas de bi\u00e8re \u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab buveur mod\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00bb (250 ml quotidien) pour les femmes et\u00a0 en 5 groupes ajoutant celui de \u00ab gros buveurs \u00bb pour les hommes, sachant que cela concerne des buveurs consommant plus d&rsquo;1 litre quotidien. Certes, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la consommation de bi\u00e8re pouvait <a href=\"\/76-prendre-de-la-masse\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>favoriser la prise de poids<\/strong><\/a>, mais pas forc\u00e9ment dans la r\u00e9gion de l&rsquo;estomac, si on mesure pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette zone par rapport au tour de hanches.<br> Une fausse bonne nouvelle alors, si on consid\u00e8re que la bi\u00e8re fait tout de m\u00eame grossir ? Une autre \u00e9tude tch\u00e8que avait tent\u00e9 de d\u00e9montrer le contraire, mais personne n&rsquo;y a vraiment cru.<br> C&rsquo;est comme pour tout, un peu de mod\u00e9ration ne nuit pas, mais se faire plaisir, \u00e7a compte aussi.
